domestically from work or home (fifty states, U.S. Territories/Possessions,
Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Marianas,
and District of Columbia). There is no cost for the end-user to
use Federal Relay and no domestic toll (long distance) charge for
calls made anywhere in the United States.
Federal TRS, Federal Relay Service Online (FRSO), and CapTel
are available 24/7/365 including Federal Holidays.
FedVRS is available 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday
through Friday and is closed on Federal Holidays and weekends.
FedRCC is available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday
through Friday and is closed on Federal Holidays and weekends.
