Federal Relay offers Spanish relay for our Spanish-speaking customers.

Via Federal TRS, the consumer can type “SPANISH TO SPANISH GA” or “SPANISH TO ENGLISH GA” after providing the following information: area code and telephone number, and the name of the agency you are calling to / from.

Via FedVRS, simply check on the Spanish box and the connection will take you to a Spanish-speaking Video Interpreter (VI).

Via FRSO, simply click on the Spanish button and the connection will take you to a Spanish-speaking Communication Assistant (CA)

Via Federal CapTel, the CapTel user will have to notify CapTel to reprogram their telephone. The telephone numbers for Spanish CapTel are: Voice (inbound) 866-217-3362 and Data (outbound) 866-217-3339

FedRCC does not offer Spanish service at this time. When that happens, we will be making an announcement.
